From Apr- Oct 2015, FEI conducted the National and Local Level Service Delivery Survey as part of the effort by the UNDP to strengthen the government’s policy of decentralization. The final report developed by the team from FEI was well received and it has published by the UNDP. This project was staffed and led by the same team that successfully supported the UNDP in the Diagnostic Assessment of the State of Decentralization in Lesotho in 2013.
